Nothing is mandatory! However, since our quizzes are very popular, making a reservation is, to put it mildly, very wise. It’s the only way to ensure you have a spot.

Booking a spot for your team can be accomplished by filling out the form on this page for the pub quiz of your choice. Select the playing date, enter your team name, a working email address (check for typos), and your phone number. Important! When placing your booking, you enter into a payment obligation; your booking is final.

In the case of a no-show and/or late cancellation, you will receive an invoice for the entrance fee (please read the terms and conditions carefully!).

Yes, you can. Just indicate on the form how many teams you want to reserve, and when you click through, fill in the different team names.

Yes, the maximum number of people for a standard pub quiz booking is 5. If you want to participate with 6 people, then add an extra person to your booking. If you come with fewer than 5 people, then the table price of your booking applies.

Are you unable to attend? Have some team members indicated they can’t make it? Then you can cancel (see terms and conditions). If you cancel your reservation too late, or simply don’t show up (which is quite rude), the full amount of the reservation will still be invoiced! Any additional costs will be charged to the person who made the reservation.

That’s only possible if you have received prior approval from us. Send a WhatsApp message to 06-14870161, and we’ll let you know if there’s room for extra players.

Low tables are reserved for teams of 6 and are assigned based on the order of reservation arrival. You can specifically request a low table if you are with fewer than 6 people (mention this in the comments box).

Please note! When reserving a low table, the price for 6 people is always charged, even if you want to sit there alone!

Yes, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the quiz starts (B2B bookings 7 days). If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge the cost of the reservation, unless we have other quiz teams on the waiting list to take over your table.

Cancellations can only be made by clicking the cancellation link in the booking confirmation email you received. We do not accept cancellations via phone or WhatsApp!

If you cancel too often, there is a chance that a future booking cannot be confirmed until payment has been made.

Yes, that is certainly possible. Please contact us for a quote. This is the only way we can ensure you all sit together instead of spread out across the venue. This is also the only way to receive an invoice/receipt for your participation and to pay the participation fee via bank transfer.

Our pub quizzes are often fully booked several days in advance. If you’re late to reserve, we have a last resort you can cling to: the waiting list. If a team unexpectedly cancels, their spot goes to a team on the waiting list with the same number of players specified.

Only put your team on the waiting list if you’re 100% sure you will participate. You can add your team to the waiting list by clicking the waiting list button!

Availability of a spot depends on whether we receive a cancellation. There’s no point in bombarding us with WhatsApp messages asking when a spot will become available. We only know when someone else cancels! Our motto for the waiting list is: “Don’t call us, we’ll call you!”

Not really. If you unexpectedly have a seventh person who wants to participate, contact us via WhatsApp at 06-14870161, and we’ll see if there’s space. Be aware that 1 point per quiz round will be deducted if your team consists of more than 6 people!

Absolutely, please contact the cafe in question for this. We only deal with quiz reservations!

The organization of Mr. Bright’s Quiz Night has no influence on the allocation of tables during the pub quiz night. This responsibility rests with the respective locations or cafés. Switching tables without explicit approval from the bar staff can result in receiving the bills for both tables in certain establishments.

We strive to provide our high bar tables with an adequate number of bar stools at all times. However, during particularly busy times, it may happen that your high table is short one or two stools. This is due to a higher presence of guests than available stools, which is directly related to team staffing. We strongly ask you not to move the stools and chairs, so that the distribution of seats remains fair for everyone.

Standing Space In the event of overcrowding at an event, we may offer you a spot at the bar. Also in this situation, we do our best to provide enough stools. If this is not feasible, standing spaces at the bar will be created.
